Organization of information, reference, library and bibliographic research support by means of national, foreign and international databases use such as (Belal, Agros, Agris, Agricola) and also via Internet information resources; creation of reference information collection; access organization to the library reference information collection by means of interlibrary subscription in the Republic of Belarus;  fulfillment of domestic and international book exchange; arrangement and holding of international and republican symposiums, conferences, seminars and exhibitions; accomplishment of editorial and publishing activities; coordination of international scientific cooperation.
