The origin: seedling from free pollination of Rubus idaeus L.
The variety is poorly winter hardy and productive (up to 12 t/ha).
The shrub is of medium highness (2-2.5 m) and branchy. Shoot-forming capacity is medium. The shoots are poorly thorned.
Biological peculiarities: it starts fruiting on the 2nd year after planting. The variety is resistant to purple blotch.
Berries are large (the average weight is 4.0 g.), rounded-conical and red coloured. The first berries are often double.
The degustation evaluation is 4.0 points. The marketability is high. The variety is suitable for dessert purpose and technical processing.
It was included into the State Register of varieties and wood and shrubby species of the Republic of Belarus in 2007.
